Green Machine its not about taking folks out. In most races at briefing we are advised about over taking etc and what is accepted and what is not. Most people abide by this so its pretty safe.

Yep you do state that the slower riders are to give way to faster riders at your briefings, and doing that at the breifing def helps.

I've also been passed by loads of faster people in races and never been block passed or anything stupid, but I could see that if you were an arse people wouldn't poke up with it too long. It's all pretty safe as long as you use simple common sense.

On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

the only time fast guys will get agresive is if you try and hold them up, most of the time you knwo you can not pass in tight single track but if you get an oppurtunity to move over slight they will be past you and gone,

I can relate to noobi here, people do not seem to be liked being passed by little 2 strokes, and try to hold you up, and since you do not have the grunt to pass them sometimes it gets annoying,

i think you will be fine at a couple of races Steve, they will be nothing more scary than the maize paddock races you did,

the responses here have been interesting haha ktmboy I'm not trying to change my words and I stick by what I said I'm not going to go off the track in the tight stuff for every bugger who comes up behind me
However only a dickhead would try to block the likes of Mead or Birch or any of the the top riders as I said before those guys are fast enough and skilled enough to to taek advantage of pretty much any opertunity to pass theres some helmet cam footage on there somwhere from Birch Ithink at the last wmmc two man and he makes it all look so effortless. Me on the other hand when I do catch someone somtimes I just can't be bothered passing them and wait for them to fall off.

It is pointless argueing on the internet no way near as much fun as in real life plus its hard to take the piss without gettig taken a bit more seriously than intended, happy to discus at a ride some time.
already looking forward to the next one
