Mx Vs ATV Reflex ONLINE RACE!

Have any of guys tried playing your game and been told your Motocard won't load? I was at 99% completion for the game and it won't load my previous experience. Even if I try starting a new motocard it won't let me.

In the meantime though I've picked up MX vs ATV Alive... It feels alot more 'arcade' like, the bike actually handles better, doesn't slide out as much as previously. Much more of an emphasis on braking and clutch work which is quite cool. There's no career as such, just racing the same few races over and over until you get enough experience to unlock next levels - similar to GT5.
It was sold at a cheaper price with less options as a trial of a new way of marketing games. Buy the basic game and then purchase upgrade packs from the PS3 Network.

At $87 I wouldnt really class it as a cheap intial game and with its current content, or lack off, I would say its a classic ripoff. Game play is ok and hopefully the DLC will offer heaps more, but I have a sneaky feeling that Im going to have to pay alot more money just to get to the same offerings that reflex has in regards to bikes, tracks and events. In regards to the issues with motocard sorry cant help, but at 99% that must suck!

Much better AI, dont run into you aimlessly on the start straight like on Reflex
Doesnt feel like you'r on ice every where
Actually have to use brakes and clutch
Really feels like you are cornering and hooking up on dirt
First person cam actually works and feels like your riding
All time settings actually give you a run for your money (un like Reflex)
Gear, Helmets boots etc look spot on
DLC is looking good, KTM, SUZUKI, HONDA, YAMAHA coming soon and not to forget the fully licensed SX & MX tracks coming up
Online game play actually works this time around
Graphics are better
NO TRUCKS!!
Bike sounds awesome and are really close to the real thing
Scrubbing looks much better than Reflex and much easier to do
Being able to do slow wheelies thanks to the throttle actually being controllable and not on or off like Reflex
Not spinning around 360 when some one hits you
Being able to rub plastics with other riders

I ordered my copy on Ebay because I thought NZ wouldnt release theres for ages like REFLEX so im waiting for it to turn up!!

Plus the game has been postponed until next year now, also they havent released any trailers or even screen shots from the game.

Have you ever played a game from black bean? Put it this way MCM 2 is light years ahead of black bean.

agree. Anyone remember how far forward supercross 2000 on psx aka psone was compared to others of its time. Have EA made any games lately with dirt and bikes.

Yeah if EA made an MX game you can bet that it would be good, i mean look at games like Fifa/NHL/NFL etc, but unfortunately for us MX isnt high up on there list

Bump... so you guys still playing this online... my mate has a copy now and wouldn't mind playing online... Also have SBK-X which is pretty out there, havent tried that online tho... Aaand also have F1 2011 with logitech wheel if anyone wants to get smoked in this (Mind you I race the SBK with wheel too... far more refined accel and braking and leaning... only cos my thumb cant handle too much abuse from the controller due to old bike injury heh... works mean tho )

Also play Battlefield 2 quite a bit online( I have BF3 but 2 seems to be more entertaining)

I was until my PS3 decided not to remember my passwords etc and of course ive forgotten them and the email they are linked to i no longer use because i forgot the password so its a bit of a mess really. Need to try and reset my PS3 account or make a new one.
