    Quick tip here: After your bike gets dropped... After you pick it up wait 5-10 minutes before starting the bike.

    Just lets the oil get back into the sump and drain away from the places it normally isn't allowed to flow. Helps prevent fouling of the plugs, injectors, tappets etc.

    If there is any oil on the ground after you pick the bike up... leave it even longer before starting and check your oil levels.

    I find that picking it up and then riding it like I stole works well.
