The "smallest" bike there was a KTM 525,but don't be put off by that.
The only thing I couldn't stress more is,good tyres..The knobblier the better. As sunday showed, once it got muddy, the more road biased tyres weren't too good.

Pevs has since sold that bike, and AFAIK just has the VFR800 now. Haven't seen him since he came over to the Greymouth street races with us last Labour Weekend.
That's a shame,as he was always great value on the rides we did together.
    Nevermind the Bollocks

That’s good to hear, I used to race MX and going flat out was the only thing my throttle knew, but now being 32 and a little wiser (self-proclaimed evaluation of course) I am more aware that I cannot afford time off work for broken bones etc. I’ve slowed down a lot and just enjoy getting away out into the remote places at a more relaxed pace. I may finish last in a ride, but I finish in 1 piece

Where did you used to like sitting? The bars?

Have a good weekend all, I'm off to pick up bike from Sportzone at 12 with some newly installed heated bars, then packing up the bike and off to the high country Fri/Sat/Sun for some camping/flyfishing/riding. The weather looks like it will make things interesting
