New cross-Australia record set

Been following this thread for the past few days.

The riders arrived at Steep Point around 7.30am to set a new across Australia record from Byron Bay (most easterly point) to Steep Point (most westerly point) via the Simpson and the Gunbarrel. Old record was four and a half days - knocked down to three and a bit (not sure exactly.

Rode a pair of DR650 Suzukis with specially modified seats to hold their stainless steel balls.
