I think by the questions they're fielding and the (thus far resonable) tone of the replies they know they've got a lemon.
The concept is sound but without some technical info why bother.
Might be a hoot on a grasskart engine. Doesn't matter if it flys to bits and roots the engine then does it?
quite serioisly, there is not way a piddly electric motor could generate airflow anywhere near to, let alone exceed what the bike would induce through the air box naturally. all that will do is kill your power as it will be a massive block on any airflow into the bike. it may be use as a hair dryer mounted on your handle bars however?
now if you actually turbocharged it, then you might get some cool power!
the problem with that is that most bikes are producing as much heat as their cooling system will allow for allready- add a turbo to the mix and you have more problems.... not to mention turbos like dirt particles / water going through them even less than a standard piston engine
I always wanted to try something like this
just have it hooked up with a VSD and linked to the RPMs or throttle position, simple as bro
if it was a bit better quality lookin I'd try it!
This could well a good alternative to using hi RPMs to make power on 250fs
Some things really are made to just fill landfills lmao
Nice idea, but you need to vary the air pressure depending on demand. So unless its got some pressure release valve of a variable speed controller that adjusts itself to revs, its ass.
My vote is its ass.
I wonder if he is related to this guy????http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX0lnPZX6HU

In short a similar effect to the "power bands" you get sometimes get as an optional extra for your smoker?
Smoke 'em if you have 'em
You run what you brung, and pray you brought enough
