well i almost joined the epic fail club of wheelie attempts yesterday.
wrong place, wrong time, God I don't learn (even after reading and reading these exact quotes from peoples...)
anyways, only 1 month owning my 2nd bike, Street Triple, been reading/watching vids on how to op em.
so my driveway is pretty incline in itself so i figured just get it a little whislst leaving house towards a busy road.
pop'd her up, sweet, not to high, then hit a flat part of the road (leveled out) and my bike seemed to pop up even higher then my wrist pulled the throttle more.....
at this point everything is a blur, wtflip do i do, grab the front brakes HAHAHA (it was fairly early in the morning guys)
anways, loosing time to get her grounded before i hit the main road.
the handle bars/front end rattle like a mofo and i just learn forward hard and shut off acceleration.
front comes down little to hard that i would of liked, but shesh, im alive and bike still mint condition.

so yes, learn from my mistake, find not a thing around that could be a danger, remember hills makes it a lot easier (depending on inlcine)
will i stop trying all together, heck no, will master the wheelie in due time, no rush though

But but Katman & the gubbermint say it's WRONG!!!

See Steve, that's why many have little respect for you, you're heart & your mouth are in the wrong place.

NEWS FLASH for ya Steve, people gotta know that you care before they care what you know

Something, sadly, you'll never come to grips with.

I'd do the honours, but I'm running out of lives and have turned in to a poofter when I ride.

You make it sound like that's hard. Dude who used to be on here, LooseBruce, did the same thing. He reckons 200k's, but he was well prone to exaggerate.

Broke both wrists. Never did tell us how he wiped his arse, or why he moved back to his mothers house for the healing process, but I think there's a correlation.
