Is a Rad valve really worth the money?

I was thinking about getting one, but are they a waste of money?

I just got a v force reed block. Prob a waste of money for me but they do work, I guess it would require tuning to get the most out

Yes they make a differance, and depending on what sort of power you want will depend on what petal you go for. I used the latest carbon V-force reeds in my 125 and i also modded the intake towards them and it made a huge differance. (Better value then a Pipe)

Read about them understand how it works then you will know why it makes such a huge differance.

Tunning will help, but to be honnest every carby bike out there if untouched from factory can be tunned to be better if you really want to get fussy i tweak mine from summer to winter and from riding in hams to riding in rotorua. Also oil ratios and types, fuel the list goes on and on.

Why do you want more power? You'd be better off spending the money on getting the suspension sorted properly.
