Through a slalom and a few obstacles in reverse gear - high speed spins and 180 and 360 turns - sudden directional change - high speed maneuvering at well over 100mph and lotsa other impressive stuff.

And all the stuff was timed and they had targets to achieve........
Got the Commodore on the rev-limiter in reverse going throught the slalom, thought I'd 'burst' the car and was disappointed I couldn't go faster..

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

    Work

Hey I did that once ...

At the moment I am Bike Engineer/ teacher Was a Bike Mechanic but saw the lightbecame an Engineer ...... so now I teach in the Evenings ( Money In ) ...and Play with bikes in Morning ( Money out ) ..No I will expand the Engineering side slowly I want to do more work with suspension ..... But the teaching is so much fun ......If I had a magic wand I would drop an hour or so of the teaching and start at 5 pm ..that would give me enough time for the bikes ( as it is I get 5 constuctive hours only ..not enough ..and if I get out of bed late ..like 11 in the morning .....its 12 by the time I start on the bikes...Coffee u know .)

    Maybe next year ,,,,,,

Hey Dave, why do you think that artists or 'arty' people are a bit on the weird side? Comes with the territory you reckon, having to continually think/imagine outside the square of normality maybe? Honest question. It's interesting to me that the artists I know speak, dress, and act quite differently to your average Joe Bloggs (do u know Joe?). :spudwhat:
