"Fuel consumption of your bike is..."

... Completely irrelevant. I ride it. I fill it up. I ride it some more.

I find my quality of life is much higher that way. Ignorance is bliss.

Although I can tell you that my old RGV250 got an amazingly economical 8l per 100km at the best of times, around 10 if I rode it normally.

Early New Years I got 389kms on 17.5 litresl, or around 4.5 L/100kms. That was virtually all open road. Not bad for 1600cc!

I enjoy the long rides... fill, 400km, quick break, fill bike and you, ride for another 400km, another break (always under 30min) then another 400km
Yeah, I only ever ride on the road to get to work and run errands. I save my fun for the track!

Generally I get around 45 mpg. A bit better on long trips and worse when commuting.

    What's this l/100km? I never travel exactly 100km.

I get any where from 270 - 420 k's from a 23lt tank, depending on style & where (ie off road, metal or tar) speed, weight, time of day & weather but my average is around 5.5lt's per 100
