I have had two sets of CRG levers over time. There are other brands though and if you really want to be different a little time on the web will show options. And I don't mean the ones that originate in China.

Some of them advertise "as used in Superbikes or Moto GP" Apparently not on the bikes near the front though...

There are other reputable brands with local representation, or you can try to be really different:

I don't know that aftermarket leavers do *that* much, but they are nice to have.

LOve me Pazzo's... sadly at xmas time, last minute stop to shop, forgot to put the stand down before dismounting, over balanced and the F%^ker fell on me... Great thing for the Pazzo'z is now I have a shorty clutch.. those snap points do work well.

Heres an album of my levers before and after... click the thumnail to see the rest.

Sadly as good as they look the knock-offs are just as good(the nerve of someone saying that eh) and cost sweet fuck all in comparison.OEM levers are made of shite and work pretty well all things considered, dont get me wrong i am all for some aftermarket bling but apart from some shabby anodising in some cases the knock offs are fine.A debate re the quality of knock-offs on the TL site a year or 2 ago resulted in a set being purchased and sent round the world to the doubters.Theres some pretty conclusive evidence that the likes of CRG actually make some of the so called "knock-offs" in the same factory as the supposed real thing, that aside like i said i am all for some bling.Awaiting the inevitable responses..........

Yep, I bought some Pazzos for my Tiger. What a huge difference they do make.

As well as looking great, clutch control and braking are so much more precise.

As for the cheapie ones. Yes I do sort of agree that slightest touch they do pretty much the same job. I've not heard of a lever snapping 'cos it was made of cheap chinese metal!

Oops, yes I have! we got some Chinese brake levers for the work fleet ($9 each) and they were too brittle and snapped at the slightest touch (rather than bend). Turned out to be more expensive than the $39 Honda parts.

If you have cheapies and they worlk well, then good luck to you.

IMO - worth buying a backup set just in case!

Well... u got them for $9... shouldnt alarm bells be ringing? haha

im sure the chinese use decent metal too.. but id still be weary. It all comes down to whos in charge of the quality control in the factory.
