Which begs the question, what if you were traveling at 99.0001mph would you get pinged for going 10% over the speed limit or for going over the 55mph limit?

When I was there, everybody was doing over 90 on the I5 (including the cop car I have on video overtaking me) and it wasn't carnage... not to stupid when you see the standard of the roads (plus the drivers don't all drive like the dick heads in Auckland).
