I've gone and done it again! Got another new bike!

Well, as of this moment, sitting ensconced in the demesne of DONOR (for I am leeching his internets) ... I am the proud owner of a spanking new CB1000R Predator in Sword Silvery Livery

Last Saturday, I made an appearance in Botany Honda after a little voice on my cellphone whispered "You need to come down and have a little test ride on one or two bikes ... no strings attached!" Or words to that effect.

    Bastard.

Anyhow popping in on my Big Ol'Hornet, I spent a pleasant few hours test riding the CB600 and CB1000R. My word, I did rather enjoy it!

I enjoyed it so much, I spoke to Richard (that super sales bastard that what rung me) about getting me one in so I could call it my own, buy it bling and ride and ride and ride it!

Without too much work, Richard and the lads at Botany Honda sorted me out one of the two Sword Silver Preddies left in stock and I just made the arrangements to transfer ownership from them to me!

So today, freed from the constraints of school this afternoon, DONOR and I rocked up to Botany to collect my newly minted ride Oh, how those hours did slowly ticky by!

And now, I have ridden it away from the dealership, it has only a scottoiler on it at the moment to sustain my travel down to some locale that will probably see me having to do a 1000km service on Monday (I wanted it for Saturday, but alas, Botany does not have their workshop open).

Things to be installed eventually will be :

    Tyre hugger
    Tail tidy
    Oggy knobs
    Light protector
    Zorst

and anything else that takes my fancy!

The ride back has let the bike be known as a female ... her name, yet to be decided!
