Achievement is not always success while reputed failure often is. It is honest endeavor, persistent effort to do the best possible under any and all circumstances.

I'm thinking the context is in direct relevance to this: http://www.inbox.net.nz/tenone/Aug10Drivers.htm
Unless I've overlooked it - I can't see any other interpretation or context within this Bill.

    • Demerit points should remain active against any licence for a period of 2 years from the date of the offence the demerit points apply to.
    • A licence suspension for accumulating 100 demerit points will only reduce the total demerit points by 100, and will not remove all active demerit points on the licence.
    • More than one period of licence suspension can be imposed for demerit points accumulated in multiples of 100 (ie 200), and that such periods of licence suspension will be served consecutively.
These here could amount to some pretty long suspensions.

.... back in green and feeling great ....
