    Kiwi Biker's son abducted

You may have seen the item on 3 news on Thursday night. This is a very good friend of mine (also a biker) who is going through hell trying to get his NZ born son back to NZ.

In short, all of NZ's agencies involved have so far let him down in fact, they've worked against him. Mike McRoberts from TV3 has been a great help and is also putting a piece together on 60 Minutes due to air shortly.

Please take a look at this website which has just been put up. More functionality to follow...

Also, one of many news articles...

Any support you can offer is appreciated (even if just written)

Saw this the other night. Felt sorry for the guy.

Also saw *shudder* Helen saying that (s)he was going to raise it with the Turkish PM directly.

Must be serious when a Feminazi stands up for a father.

    Bad Mans !

Not sure what a bunch of bikers can do.

But if there's a Turkish embassy or such like in Auckland I'd be a starter for a ride in demo. Make a bit of fuss, bureaucrats hate being in the limelight.

The Central Authority in NZ have accepted the Turk’s second rejection, without question or request for a review, despite the fact that the custody order used as the reason for denial is not allowed under the Hague Convention on Child Abduction’s Article 18.

Are Turkey a signatory to the Hague Convention? This would indicate not.

I saw that Winston didn't want to use up goodwill asking about it when he went there. Fucker. Where does he think his baubles come from?

Yes, Turkey are a signatory to the Hague Convention and they also recognise NZ's membership. However, Turkey doesn't "fully comply" with the Convention.

Actually, the Turkish government have done more for my mate than the NZ Government... so far. Hopefully this will change now that our PM is going to contact the Turkish PM.

Particularly those ones with turkey in.

The only effective solution here is to hire some professionals to go and "abduct" this child back to New Zealand. Seriously.

Well lets start burning labour voters houses until the Turkish government coughs up.

Cover their country with McCafes...Then slip in and grab the kid while they are all suffering caffeine withdrawal.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
