I take it by broadside they mean drift? Yes well it would, wouldn't it?
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Yeah ... you might need wooden balls before riding that ... even on dirt ... notice it's a hard tail ...

The truth of the matter is that he was out on the bike fatting it around when the rubber rear tyre exploded and came off the rim - he then physically shat himself and the claimed 'wooden balls' in the image are actually balled up bits of brown turd stuck to the metal rim.

The heat of the wheel spinning around cooked the turds to the hard state in the photo, and the natural brown colour of shit with a few lighter shades spread throughout the balls gave it the look of wood grain. I suspect if they had had a 10 megapixel camera back them you'd probably be able to zoom into the photo and find a wee bit of peanut, further proving my story.

He obviously had to come up with some excuse when his mates saw it, thus the 'wooden ball' excuse.
