    How hard would it be

How hard would it be to retro fit a SV650S to take a 250cc vtwin?

The reason I ask is that the dry weight of a SV650 isn't that much heavier than most of the 250ccs (only 20kg from a VL250) , so a 250cc should easily by able to hull around the weight. However it'd gain from the larger petrol tank, better lights, brakes, suspension, etc, over other 250s.

Just a matter of curiosity over how much work/money would be involved, there's no way I could afford it at the moment [unless I win a major bonus bond prize (crosses fingers)], but it might be an interesting project in a couple of years time.

Hardly worth doing . There is a SV400 that may be a better way to go
