    Thumbs down Warning

Don't goto holeshot to fix your bike.

    They're a bunch of knob jockey's

I take my bike in there to get it fixed. Get it back, pay so much, away I go
Two weeks later, it's doing the same thing it did before.

Take it back, they fix it.
I say I'm not paying for it, you should of fixed it the first time round
"oh no, it's your fault, have you been using the choke?"
    "if it's cold"
"oh, your not ment to, it's fouls the plugs"
"umm, why do they put the choke there then?"
    they then shrug me off.

so I f*cking pay. It goes for a while.

    Dead again.

Your anger is out of control young grasshopper. Anger leads to many things, including that of a 4x6 cell with a man named Bubba.

I guarantee, like everything, there will be people who have had good and bad experiences, like all stores.
    This is who we are

    What would Maverick do? ;)

    Indy

TRUST me, don't get too upset, too quickly. I know from experience it's not always the right way to go. Based on what you said, it does sound a little unfair though. What I suggest is asking them what is causing the plug fouling, and what needs to be done to fix it. You may need to spend a little more to fix the fouled plugs AND the cause of the fouling.

What I do know is, the choke does need to work, so that's no excuse.
Would it running rich possibly be the cause? Tell them you don't think it's fair / reasonable to be going through this cycle.

Holeshot have always been blacklisted by many members here. But at least you know where not to go. I never used the choke mind you, I feel something else is afoot.

Take her to Colemans for some real lovin'

It's not the bike issue that's annoying me too much.

I don't like getting dicked about. As I'm sure no one does.
I'm never going to them again.

I think it's a mixture issue, but I can't be sure. And I don't really have the cash to get it seen to at the moment.

    Cheers for the replies

I know what you mean, didn't mean you should let yourself be (dicked about)
I gotta say, bad PR is a powerful thing. I certainly wouldn't go there Let us know what transpires, and any deserved good PR should be noted.

Its not always the stores problem, when you find a good mechanic that you trust, stick with him. Build a relationship... if he moves stores... go with him, dont complain about his work and tell him he's a dick now and again to keep him on the S&N.
Check the cyclinder temps to make sure they're the same... you may just need to ballance the carbs or even give them a clean. Good luck

Let them know your problem and they will sort you out.

although, MT Eden Motorcycles did me a chain fitting in an hour, they aint that bad either, but the bike came back kinda funny (wing mirror doesnt stay in the same spot anymore oh well)
I only posted this because of the global economic crisis
