    2011 H-D Streetglide

Well had the chance to do 420km's on the 2011 103ci flhx streetglide last weekend in a nice tasty merlot colour .Thing's that stand out where the good useable power of the 103 engine and the handling which with the new chassis introduced in 2009 was awesome and you can still hear the stereo at 180 km's lol, also had a chance to test the abs as a ute driver decided to turn into his driveway on the main road just out side of paraparaumu it hauled up real quick and I could feel no pulse as some other abs's systems do .Okay the negartive's (for me anyway) the screen buffeted my head something terrible a klockwerks screen or the hd screen with the lip turned up would probabably sort that and the handlebars,I liked the height but the bend gave my right wrist hell ,they just need to be a little straighter and the last thing I would do was fit some nice thunderheader mufflers just to release tha nice harley sound ,would I own one YES it will probably be my next bike.Click image for larger version.

That bike sports wood I reckon.

But all screens suck if you are tall. To make it big enough to form the bubble, it looks retarded, gets quite heavy and works like a sail in a cross wind. Otherwise it's buffet and noise city.

There is no easy fix other than removing it or make it small enough so the turbulence doesn't come near your mellon.

    Each to their own

Guys, this is a bike I would not ever wish to own however I know many who would.

The HD technology is as good as any so I'm sure it's a good bike.

The Moll tells me that I think this bike is quite ugly.

    Woody

I like these, always ben a fan of the roadking FLH models, they have really good handling for a big cruiser.
I too could see me on one of these, if I had the coin. I don't like the ugly streetglide version with the very space age look....

In my view, this is the difinitive meaning of Homosexual on 2 wheels.....

In saying that though, I would fix it if it was a gift........ An anti gayness front kit is about $1200 ret.
I am freindly really, I only bite when provoked

Another great tourer! I love beggars and this is a classic example! Hell, when u have a look at the Yamaha and Victory attempts u realise that Harley is Harley for a reason.
