A couple of pics from the Waimate 50.

Spent the day at the Waimate 50 St race, great event bought back from the dead, had no idea there was going to be bikes there to be honest so as well as plenty of classic cars a few bikes was a nice surprise,a few pics of said bikes, there was also a very tasty Norton (ridden to 3rd place) and BSAs but the bloody card was full of pics of tasty old cars and i didnt take a spare.

    GT250, about 1973/4.

There were a 125, 185, 250 twins, and the 380 and 550 triples, all RamAir cooled. Dunno that it did a lot for cooling (I had a GT550K, 1974), but it lined up the styling for the range.

Don't think so the 185 had what looked like vertical cylinders and these are canted forward like the Titan (is not a Titan 500)

The Ram air may be an addon however

Suzuki GT250 1973 - Neil Morrison Little River

Cool day, not enough motorcycle time, still worth the drive.
