Let me know how you go with finding quotes for getting it done, I bought mine (in black) with minor cosmetic damage on the left side and was thinking of doing the same and going white, but still haven't found a place that will do the whole bike for a good price.
What is a decent quote in your eyes? I may be able to help
IMO fully fairing bikes should not be all white - too much to my eye.
Naked bikes yes.
SO
I had a fart around and came up with this - crappy application as it has been done in Paint and I'm on the red winebut you get the idea.
In the end - your bike, go for it.
thought of replicating the white 2010 zx6r?

I had 2 6inch cracks that were badly fibreglassed and possibly 'solder ironed' together. I had them plastic welded by a mate of a mate on Henderson Valley road for 150bucks. Have a mate of mate doin the full respray for a touch over 500 as long as i remove the plastics and tank. Ive seen quite a bit of the lads painting before and im happy to take the bike to him.
Quite liking the black section on your version and also loving the zx6r. I think i will respray all white and then in future i can add satin/matt black vinyls in a chosen style if i think she needs it
Definately going white now, reason I asked is if i go to sell her on in a few months then i know now that people will like her being white instead of the standard green
$150 for plastic welding sounds like quite a bit to me. I had one big crack (20 cm?) done for $45.
dooooooooooooooooooooooooo it!
I wouldn't do it. No point sinking money into a bike that you will only have for your learners period.
.....you haven't considered a lighter shade of tartan paint...?
They look good, theres quiet a few pics of them that have been done floating around the web, Some have been done in the Nissan 350z Pearl White, it looks great
