    Yummy!

Not knowing a whole lot about old dirt bikes, I'd have thought the price a bit high. I want it regardless!

Oh yeah that's fucking cool. I remember as a 10yr old going out with my brother and his mates on everything from 125's through to a couple of 500's back around '85. I used to swag rides on my brother's '83 RM250, could hardly touch the deck but it didn't matter. The 250's were fun to ride, but fuck did the 500's just absolutely bark. Got to ride a CR500 about 4yrs later, scary as fuck.

I think the price is probably about right , even though the RM500 was a little underpowered in the engine and handling stakes compared to the competition back then, it's still something that'd be nice to hang on to ....and ride at the classics, that'd be fun if nothing else .....

Ignore those last comments, I was confusing the Trademe bike with another RM500 ad my mate sent me from the UK . The 'Yummy' bike in question is'nt worth the asking price, $12k !! you're dreaming .....

    I'd say around $5-$6K tops .
