i love that chrome. it's beautiful because it's ALL ONE COLOUR. every colour...ohh soo cool...come on people where's your imagination? it would be like riding that chrome blobb thing that the terminater came from. as for reflection- sunnies. that bike is more an excercise in aesthetics than performance- pity we can't chrome plate the rider.

Yes it's shiny but someone's just chromed an R1, which is reasonably aesthetic on it's own right. Oh and reasonably performance orientated as well. Besides you'd need to keep it in a hermatically sealed, temperature controlled, dustfree room. Or get very handy with the polishing rag.

So long as it has an engine, two wheels, steering and brakes what else matters ?
All it really needs is a couple of dead bugs to give that used look.

Forgive my ignorance but would they have chromed the plastic parts or re-fabricated them in a metal?

Normally I'm not into that kind of look, but my first thoughts were "that's fucking cool."

Or maybe its just the beer talking . Once I get home from work I'll check it again.

Difficult to see it getting a WOF in this country though...

and when would you watch a DVD on a Busa?

    I just don't get Merkins...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

    Still a WOFTAM

(This is an edit, a slight case of hallucegenic air caused me to think it was cool.)

To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

A little bit of the shiney stuff goes a long way... but this much??? Who said the other day about "a little carbon fibre is good, but too much and you lose the whole effect" ?
It's kind of like using a highlighter - highlight everything and suddenly nothing's 'highlighted'.
    Keep it rubber-side down...
