well,swingarm bearings are usualy bushings,they wear at a steady rate,depending on frequency of lubrication - so you get more and more play over the years and acustom yourself to it.

Totally irrelevant but shaft drive GS Suzukis have tapered roller swingarm bushes.

can't be too hard.. can't you buy the bearings and fit them yourself? Don't think there's any special tools needed, and hand tools should just about do the lot..

Don't the bearings have to be line reamed after they are pressed in? (Mind you, I may be thirty years out of date here )
