    You lucky little....

You'll be able to get that for a late model GN250 no problems.

I've not heard much about them, plenty of people will be able to fill you in though. But from what I heard they're the 'poor man's ducati' and sound awesome.

They're tweakable, tunable, plenty of aftermarket parts still around..

Honda NT650 Bros's are good machines... not SV650 powerful, but not too bad. The SOHC 3 valver motors don't have any particular bad spots. the engine design has been around since 1983 in the VT500's so they're well proven. Just treat like any Honda 4-stroke and change the oil often.
I nearly bought one a while ago. Nice to ride, handle quite well.

    Cheers

i've owned one - and they are sweet.

wheels are a wierd size - and tyres are limited.
i put avons on mine - and it was beautiful.
the bikes are pretty bulletproof, watch out for bad steering head bearings, shock linkages etc.
$2000 is very cheap if it's a good bike.
    buy it.

A nice package. Hard to fault. Google will produce lots of info on them for you. They were sold in the USA as the Honda Hawk. People love them. $2,000 is hard to go past.

Isn't that the same motor as in the TransAlps (Sort of) John.

I believe that the TransAlps, Revere 650 and Bros 650 all share the same engine (shaft-drive notwithstanding) but the Bros has a higher state of tune. I did this research when I looked at buying one.
