    Process for re-registering a bike

Had my bike off the road since 2004. "87 GSX-R 1100
Just too busy with Business and family. Now time to launch it again.

Nothing has been modified etc, no accident damage.

What do I need to do to re-register it????

Also who do you reccomend to balance the carbs and tune it in Auckland????
I need to do the cam chain soon too.

If it is 'reg on hold' you just need to go get a warrant of fitness then re-register. If it has dead rego then you need to re-compliance it so you need; Proof of the bikes identity, a police report to say it is not of interest to them[ie stolen] and you need to get a brake declaration done. Then they will put it thru their compliance check and you are all done!
