Ear/Mic combo for radio?

Anyone know where I can get an Ear/Mic combo for my walkie talkies I just bought. I preferably want the throat mic so it doesnt pick up ambient noise when using the VOX feature on the radios.

It is unlikely you will be able to use VOX on the radio.
There is too much wind noise especially at the sort of speed R6's go.
You need to use a 'press-to-talk' button.
I have previously used some kit from this guy from Rotorua (Pinfold)
