Hmm Arizona... I hate that place. For the most part it's flat dry and very very boring. Least the rest of your trip would have been interesting unless you went through lower Nevada and such. Colorado must have been fun, Washington state and Oregon too. Nice mountains there. Can't imagine Alaska being that warm even this time of year but then I've never been there.

Have fun with the rest of your trip and yes please to the pics.

Just remember don't call Alaskans "Americans". All the Alaskans I've met see them their country as not being a natural part of america rather yet another illegal occupation.

Looking foward to some pics if you can manage it.

The one journey I always dreamed of taking is flying into canada, buying a bike and riding it all the way down to Buena Aires (sp). Taking long ways in order to pass through as many of the countries as possible.

    Im stuffed

Im back in Anchorage now. Had a great ride up to Inuvic , about 950 miles dirt road, it was easy compared to doing the Haul road to Deadhorse, had about 40miles of bush fires, the middle section between Coldfoot and Deadhorse had a section of about 80mile of corrugations as well as lots of wind, trucks, dust, not much sleep. Check out my thread on www.advrider.com Ride reports Kiwi heading to Alaska , hopefully we might get some Pics on there soon. Cheers Toddy
