I wonder if G will let me have a go on our next group ride? Me n him are bestest buddies after I let him loan me his Busa recently. Such a nice fella.

I wont wheelie it. Much. Often. In front of him.

I'd love to have a bike that could accidently mono. Theres no way it'll happen by mistake on the GSX, takes a whole lotta clutch abuse and a fair amount of arse hanging off the back just to get the nose slightly skyward.

You should have expected that to happen on the bike you ride, Mr Speedy

Practice on a crapped out dirt bike before you try for another gear, or you may smash that green machine

I know I cant do it... and crashed many crapped out dirt bike

The whole point of riding the road bke is because I got sick of riding dirt bikes. Plus it was becoming increasingly hard to find areas to ride. I did the occasional wheelie on the dirtbike, but never really got into them. I dont plan to start now.
Just was caught off guard, it does happen.

Oh, and who is Mr Speedy, Ive never met him in here?

speedmedic? dunno if he can wheelie or not..

I managed to do my first 'almost-throttle' ballanced wheelie the other night. Went up high, and kept going, so I backed off the throttle a little, and it stayed there.. then went down. Albeit a few seconds or so, but it's higher than I've got before.. just need more practice, but way off those like Death, WT, LB, DSS3 and 'D' at the moment.. It's good fun, i love it

    Cool It should come natural..

A 636 is born to lift... not that anyone wants it to happen to them when they least expect it tho..

Just remember to keep the back brake covered 'just incase' it happens again. At least Im in no immediate danger when it comes to the 'Busa, shes too heavy to lift up unless you order her too..
