If a vehicle has a warrant and rego it is safe to be driven or ridden, and it it's operator has a license they're competent to use it in any and all driving/riding conditions.
And if they're doing under 110 kmh (104 kmh on public holidays) and not drunk they are driving safely.

Great to see a judge throw 40 speeding tickets out of his court because he sees them as a waste of policing powers.
One day this country will get educated men/women into the right channels to deal with several issues in our community.
ie Alcohol education, and driver education.
