Clark Hill Road & Stock Road?

There seems to be a road that links Macdonld downs rd & lees valley rd..
joins the Lees valley north of the river crossing...
is this a private rd ?... Starts out as Clark Hill Rd on the Macdonld downs end
    then turns into Stock Rd...

Someone must know if it's useable or a no go road... but have never heard it mentioned so makes me think it maybe private..

    been though there,,

it is a private farm road,, perhaps a ring to the station owner would be all thats needed.

two or three times I've been in there was a toll fee involved and also depended upon stock movements.

I talked to the guy one time and he was really worried about fire risk then so reckon he may be the same now (dry as a dry thing up there at the moment)
