What a fantastic day! I dont think we could have ordered a better one weather wise, how lovely is Hamilton when it is not foggy
My bike ran like an absolute dream all day, I do wish though she would make up her mind just how far she will travel before reserve. It is really tricky to plan fuel stops when one day she will do 195kms before reserve, and the next 143Still no dramas.
Really cruisy ride down to Cambridge, though a couple of our group met with a mental car driving woman who was intent upon killing them. Heart rates were the only things they got out of control thankfully. That was my first proper stop in Cambridge, what a neat little town, nice park to stop by. It was fantastic to see the turn out of bikes arrive, thanks to everyone that came along. I am sorry I did not say hi to you all, pays to come and make yourself known to me really.
Great group ride into the Tron, we made a really cool sight. I did not count the number of bikes, hopefully someone will have. Parked up at Repco for a bit of a chat, then made our way to the MAG-Waikato clubrooms. I have to say you guys really know how to have a great place to meet, the TV's in the toilets are a nice touch
We managed to vote in a willing volunteer to head up the MAG-Waikato local, thank you Millan, you wont regret it I promise, and you have plenty of willing helpers![]()
So, Waikato is launched. Congratulations once again!
here is a photo off some off the bikes parked outside repco. got lots pics if ya want some just let me know. will become a member online soon. Thanks for a fun day e.t.c need to get some summer gear now.

PS This may sound a bit dodgy, but Mom, did I stop flashing you after I cut off the offending article?!
Thanks to Anne & her team for venturing over the Bombays on what was a scorcher of a day. The beers at the 'home' of MAG-Waikato were certainly enjoyed and we are glad you liked the place.
After a little coercion and a somewhat dubious vote, I seem to have ended up being the Mag-Waikato co-ordinator, but I am looking forward to getting alongside you guys & seeing how & what we can do from here to further our rights as motorcylists, regionally & nationally.
Thanks again guys & glad that now the Waikato has an alliance with MAG-NZ
If you don't know where you are going , any road will get you there ............
Good on you, rideon!![]()
i rode past today at 1235pm but didnt see anyone. i had to work overtime this morning so i slept in a bit longer than i hoped. hell the ride was worth it alone, i saw heaps of bikes on the highways. I could only literally stay for 5 mins anyway.
If anyone saw a real loud black fireblade go up rostrevor and then down to mill st, that was me.
