Cops supposedly demanding urine sample on the roadside

Apparently there was an operation here in the BOP where police were stoping vehicles and demanding a urine sample for drug testing. I have no evidence or verification of this and find it difficult to believe. I would be supprised if they were entitled to do this, and if i am stopped and asked to do this I will refuse.
Anyone else hear anything about this or know of the legalities?

I heard that in the BoP, if you get pulled up doing more than 4km above the posted limit, they chop your pinky finger off, on the roadside. No shit.

Yes this is correct, and all those people were arrested for carrying Pee.

Of course the blokes will need the coppa to hold your dick. As it's not the done thing for a bloke to do in puplic. Not too hard or not too soft mind, just so. Ensuring the correct amount of urine is collected in the urine collecting vessel, which from now on stall be refered to as the piss pot.
