Same thing happened to me... guy asked me to marry him while I was waiting for the lights to change, he was standing on the footpath, well it was more like swaying... I think he'd been sniffing glue, his glue sniffing cohorts all agreed that I should take the gentleman up on his offer. I declined. I must admit, I have some regrets.
