Looks pretty good. Even if you get hit with a little duty, it'd still be cheaper than NZ but it won't be as easy to make any warranty claim if you need to. Just be aware that these cameras are VERY picky about what kind of memory card they'll work with properly. I've had mine for ages so haven't read anything recently, but AFAIK, the only card that will almost always work flawlessly is a Kingston 16GB Class IV SD card. Other brands including newer Class VI cards all seem to have issues.
The other thing I really wish the camera had is some kind of Image Stabiliser. Also, even with the complete enclosed housing, I still get a fair bit of wind noise.
So yeah, sorry to detract from the question about eBay but I thought I'd just let you know some of the idiosyncracies of the camera

    Wot he said.

This fellow has good feedback and the negatives are believable and realistic. Buying from a foreign country is always going to have it's risks but so does buying from the next door neighbor the only difference is it's more difficult to set fire to their genitals when the deal goes sour if they're in a different country.

Look at the big picture when you're trading with anyone. Yes occasionally you will have a bad trade, but most (99%+) traders are good honest people trying to make an honest buck. They know that the next buck is very heavily reliant on the previous one. If you are going to get shafted in life it is not going to be from buying a camera(hopefully), it is going to be by your employer raping your pension, governments misusing your tax dollars, local Councillors destroying your environment by allowing dubious building developments for backhanders, or the greatest conmen of all the bankers who can destroy the value of your wage packet at a stroke while walking away with a fat bonus.

Right, rant over good to get that out of my system. Go ahead buy it. good product my nephew has one on his gokart. Don't buy big size memory cards 4x4gbyte better than 1x16gbyte and don't buy cheap.

Ebay is your friend! Much as I like to support the local market, if you're after gear that the local guys bring in anyway, do it yourself. I recently replaced a KX85 radiator and hoses. Buying in NZ was going to cost me $550 for original or an after market 'high performance' new NZ one $575. I went ebay and landed in 7 days ex China was $135 NZ dollars and it works a treat.

If you keep under the magic figure, I think it is around $400, you won't be hit with duty. Customs do a gst calculation based on the total price including shipping, if after their formula the figure is under $60 they will let it through but if it is over they will whack you with gst. and then a charge for doing the calculation + some more gst.
It's shocking really, they won't release the goods until you pay their extortion. So moral to the story is keep anything you buy overseas under the magic figure, which is around $400 NZ.

BTW, my gopro is held together with gaffers tape and has been through 3 bayonet mounting clips. The front protective lens is scratched but the insides are clean. Sound and short battery life are my complaints. I've now got 3 nimh mobile phone batteries taped to the helmut and that gives me 4 hours of continuous usage.

I tether mine to the peak with a length of string. Had 3 clips break on me so far.
