Whats the horsepower and how would it compare to a ktm 690 .....second hand one of course....

The XT is more of a dual purpose bike. It is comfortable on long trips and has very good road manners but also performs well on other surfaces too. The hp of the XT is somewhere in the mid 50's.
I haven't ridden a 690E so am unable to compare.
