That guy may well be wearing orange, but I really don't think he is a KTM fan.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........
What was the orange strap connected to his wrist for? It looks like the same sort of cable I use for the locks on my wheels..
Aha Ijust had a look at the pics again & that guy in the orange vest is the young apprentice I'm working with - I'll give him stick about that.
The orange strap is the tether kill switch um... tether

Still get the willie's thinking about how much the bike moved around on that soft sand straight.
what dates the next one
'Good things come to those who wait'
Bollocks, get of your arse and go get it
Prob around the same date.
it's tasman Speed week at the start of the year which includes the Port races, flat track race, beach races & this year a sealed hill climb. Check out the bottom of this calendar

If there is interest I (or we) will organise a local Nads adv ride on one of the other days for those from out of Nelson taking in the Maungatapu (since a few haven't done it) & Hori bay with a coffee stop at Pelorus.
The other option may be a ride over the hill to Anatori or goldfields depending on if there are any takers & if they want a heavy bike or lil bike ride.
I myself am thinking of entering the BMW this year inbto the beachraces (already lining up a sponsor) & riding it in the older class.
i am also thinking seriously of taking a few days out of the busy season (NOV) & visiting the Burt Munroe rally. I was thinking about doing the beach race there (or the hill climb) but you need a MNZ licence which may end up being quite expensive.
