    Smile Nevis ride

Ellen and I went a for a groovy ride on the weekend over the Nevis, she rode extremely well but she did have a wee off.

We need some std 7/8 bars to fit back on the Sherpa and I thought DR650 with the cross bar may be a good option.

More of the story on the ride and some pics tomorrow during daylight hours.
    Cheers Andi & Ellen

Actualy, my old Sherpa has alloy,s on it. They fit & suit it well. Not shure of the breed. Will see if I can find it tomorrow.

Latest Sherpa has quite high (like 4wheeler type) bars, they,re really good.

Ok, firstly my apologies for not putting the pics up as promised, been slightly busy with work etc.

So, second thing is to thanks helenoftroy for the DR650 bars so Ellen is back on the road ready to demo the the Sherpa again.

The original bars are made from Chinese cheese so they folded up very easily, upside is a quick hard yank back and I straightened them enough for Ellen to soldier on and finish the ride.

Great day from Garsten to Bannockburn over the Nevis, 37 degs c so a little bit warm.

Coupla photos from some crossings and a picture of the guilty party involved in the folding process
