    You need to time it right and when it is safe to do so turn your head and sneeze (sideways to the direction of travel). I have ridden with a horrible cold and I think that my Nolan flip-face helmet was a real god-send at that time. I was also able to stop and blow my nose (I wouldn't attempt that while riding) without having to remove my helmet.
