On the subject of kdx's.My 06 200 has a 155mj and 45 pj with needle in middle position. No airbox lid, boyesen rad valve, gnarly rev pipe. Main jet plug chop very light tan but most of my riding is more technical lower rpm and the plug is always sooty(never fouled a plug).Have already gone from 162 and 48 that the bike came with and it pulls much better especially top end. My question is should I go lower on the pj lower the needle or leave things be? Havn't been riding very long to have a feel for lean/rich.Bike starts easily, not too smokey, little spooge. 40:1 synthetic.

When I first starting riding I thought the jetting was all out on my bike, I later worked out after much tinkering I was riding the thing to slow
