Does anyone have a Triumph Scrambler?

I love the look of the Triumph Scrambler, but know nothing about it except that the husband says they look like shit......
Does anyone here have one or have ridden one? Curious to know what they are like to ride - they look so cool, I was wondering what they are like to ride.

    I want one!

I rode one on loan from the shop when the speedy was being serviced. It was just another bike, easy to ride, no stunning power. Since then I have read some raves about it and have wondered what I missed. Must ride one again.
    Here for the ride.

Guilty as charged. They do nothing really well ,not overly fast, motor is super reliable, steering is responsive but they get loose when pushed without suspension work. They put a smile on yer dial everytime you ride one, what more does a bike need to do. They are better than the spec sheet might suggest.

I'm not clever enough to make the link. Google , advrider. scroll down to beasts & find the Scrambler thread started by our own Danger Dave, make sure you have plenty of time

Tri-boy has one and done fair few ks on his. Apart from Italian chrome rim symdrome (rusted rims) he's had a good run. Replacement rims came from Taiwan iirc, far better quality by all accounts.

I can't stand the exhaust! But performance wise they go ok, especially if you change a few things on them. The Thruxton is better!
