I got rid of the fairing around the front disc...I found (luckily not entirely the hard way) that it acts like a sail in a cross wind.

Shes done 41000 miles and the motor sounds real sweet ,just a couple of suspension bearings and throttle cable and I'll be happy as she is for now (I'm not touching anything as for the first time in ages I've got two bikes that both go at the same time)
Theres a nice looking one down your way on TM at the mo if you're feeling nostalgic

Underground, if you ever need a head gasket for it I have a brand new one hanging in the shed thats free to a good home. Actually considering where you live, delivery could be thrown in too.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

Actually I still have a spare seat in my garage, which you are welcome to have.

It's lower, wider & firmer than the original, and for me was much less comfortable than the standard.
    Cheers,
    Colin

Prob not much use to you but I thought since it's christmas & everyones in the giving mood...

Thanks WW , I'll definately chuck that on and see how it rides-although I'm finding the original surprisingly comfortable.
No Padmei , but thanks for the thought ....mm KLR cases ,they'll be pretty heavy mabe I could melt them down and make sinkers ?
Its been rainy so I fossiced around in my bits drawer and found a container with the not so rooted suspension bearings off the AT .
After a bit of work with the angle grinder to shorten one bush she's like new again ,even resurected some not so bad seals .
    Never throw anything out !
Todays "zero budget' transformation is to replace the tiney wee rear sprocket with a near new one with lots more teeth on it off the AT that I also hadnt thrown out (thankyou mr Honda for parts interchangeability)
The previous owner had this thing geared for intergalactic travel ,1st gear just wants to do 50k when I give it a bit of gas and second is good for 90 ...which makes it next but useless round here

Umm, actually, I better check. I did get a smaller front for the Domi, may still have it.
    Cheers,
    Colin
