Looking forward to it, a few doing the 3day, but that is getting a bit to serious I reckon, kinda keen to finish a ironman after last race and dnf, but suspect I'll end up 2 man, see how many turn up for the drive down.
( all assumes the noise in my motor was the cam bearing and not something more serious ).

I was going to do the 3day until I found out it was $300.. Flag that. Worked it out, wouldn't get much change out of $1000 to do that event. Not really worth it considering only 50 people have entered...

I agree on the price, 300 + 3 new tires + travel accom etc, be lucky to do it for 1k from here and thats without 3 days off work, thursday/Friday/Monday and even then be a slow week recovering, I'd rather have fun in riverhead and try in be good shape for the enduros starting at operau, besides no enduro in riverhead next year & would suck not to do a race in there.

Yeah exactly. Isn't a cheap event.. Also considering there isn't really any new tracks. I've checked quite a bit of it out.

My bad, riverhead but not woodhill, knew one was no longer happening.
The numbers for the 3 day sound right, mate was supervet, but they dropped the class due to not enough entries.

I think they're also doing a Northland round instead of Akitmo(forget the name) which will be good for you!

Mike is doing some rides just after new year as well, including an extreme enduro, so keep an eye out.
