Surely the GP3 motor can't be worse than the B1 motors though?
That's scary...What sort of trouble do they give?
They keep blowing rings i am on my second lot, B1 is the bike for me.
By the way where have you been Mohawk mate.
IF YOU GET OUT OF THE LIONS DEN DONT GO BACK FOR YOUR HAT
Daz mate you forgot the pullstarts bust real easy to !.
I'm on number 3 now....
I also found the stock seal's are crap... replaced all of them and the bearings....
what sort of problems mr "imdying" have you had with the B1 motor ??? I've had a water pump fail seals installed wrong from china.... that killed a top end... i know this is common.....
Other than that if you build them right they seem to problem free for me. My b1 racer has been real good.... other than the clutch....
Ian..
nearly there, gona start up tomorow see how it runs, ended up with a modded b1 exhaust, modded water piping to suit gp3 radiator. fits in there nice and neatly, just need to do muffler and a foot peg then should be good to go lol.
i have been through 3 wrist pin bearings, piston, head, clutch (fell to bits), and the clutch is forever cumming loose and ended up wreaking the crank and those stupid plastic pull starts always break. but i do know of a few others that are having better luck
all done, just got to change gearing and sort out my 50cc head for it. probly find some other stuff to do on it, but at least it can be added to the fleet now
