    Yep, I sold mine at 155,000km's and it too was still going strong. Helluva bike the GSXR-1100!

    It's up in Takapuna. Only problem is I'm really busy at the mo and can't really spare the time. I was going to fly up and ride it back but it still stuffs a day for me...

    Go the CBR mate...I had an FZR1000 (although it was the year before the EXIP came out) and it was ok but the CBR is something else!

    The early 90s CBR1000 is more of a touring bike than a proper sports bike. They weigh a lot more than the FZR1000 as well.

    I just watched some CBR900RR videos on Youtube with cameras filming the speedo, they look like they accelerate reasonably well.
