Is Saturday or Sunday better to check it all out for a newbie? (no, he don't have a pocket bike - will be looking for bucket in new year, hopefully)

    cheers

Steve, Saturday is practice day for buckets. Mini's are there, sometimes motards, sidecars and generally a muck-around day. Sunday's are bucket race days. There's only buckets, with field split into A, B and F5, races and practice.
However, the next two meets (this weekend and February) and non-points rounds, so should be quieter and different from normal meetings.
Saturdays are generally the better day for having a go, but sometimes on Sundays there will be kids having a play on the bikes, or the odd newbie, at the end of the day.
