    RG150 info required!

To all the RG150 owners and racers,

Yesterday I purchased my first RG150. It has 16000 and a couple kms on the clock which seem genuine and I am going to give it a freshen up to ensure more trouble free k's.

What pistons have people been running and where have you been getting them?

What clutch plates do we use and where do we go for them?

    What oil are people using?

Has anyone got a manual for me to down load?

I went for a bit of a ride down S.H.22 yesterday and noticed clutch slip, so fibres and springs here we come and it felt a bit low on power so piston time as well.

With the clutch apart i notice there is a funny spacer plate that lives at the inside of the stack of clutch plates running between the inner hub and the innermost steel plate. It is a funny U shape and on the hub side it makes contact with bottom of the U and on the steel plate side it makes contact on the two peaks of the U. It has made to slight wear marks in the inner plate. Should I remove this and substitute with another fibre plate? I have NEVER seen a bike run this???

Seems the bike is either X race or been tacked at some stage, lock wired sump plug! She has a 0.5mm oversize piston which has some wear and the bore is still mint! The two small power valve blades don't seem to move by hand so the will be getting pulled out and cleaned up too!

    Any hints and tips welcomed!

I thought they fouled up more than standard plugs.
