    I'm 62 and I ride a gixxer sixxer. When I turn 70, I'll go up to the 750. If I get to 80 I'll go for 800cc plus...

The way I see it, the older you are, the more it takes to make an impression, hence the choice of capacity...

What alarms me is that people actually take part and vote on a website poll

The INTERNET poll tells many things. By the looks of this poll, the new generation is starting to lose interest in motorcycling. I hypothesize that many motorcycle manufacturers will be facing recession in 20 to 30 years. If this trend continues, many companies will be out of business within 50 years.

I better add this poll to my marketings research Ph.D thesis.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

    Thats the spirit EJ....
Remember though, some will actually vote truthfully....
Though, the results so far also mean that those 40+ have nothing better to do...

Not only am I in the older bracket, but at 62 I must be the oldest rider still on their Restricted license. Only 3 months until I can sit my Full.

And yes, I am on a Hyosung learner bike, though I think the GV250 cruiser looks OK.

Yes the GV250 cruiser is a great bike for it's purpose.

From the look of the poll so far it does indeed look like bike companies will be going bust in 20 years time.
