    Ducati bevel clutch

I read that you can replace your heavy cable operated clutch actuation with a hydraulic set up.
I did a bit of Googling and found a place in the states that make a 'kit' that replaces the original with minimal modifications.
After several emails and no replys I gave up......I also found a bloke in SA who made his own....
After much delving and measuring I figured it might be worth a punt on a Ducati ss/monstor set up off Ebay and have a play.
I got a set for about $70.00 US plus about $20.00 in postage.
I gave the cover and slave to my engineer mate and said have a look at see what you can come up with.
Well he came up with a slave that takes the SS internals and I added a length of brake line with an adapter to connect to the SS flexible hose.
The nes slave slots into where the lever was and has a stand built into it.
The handlebar end has a 'coffin' reservior, it blends in rather well.
Fitted it today and it took about 2 hours, works well. Way lighter than the cable one.

took it for a run today and bliss...a light clutch, and now I can find neutral easily at standstill without the usual bevel Duke first or second but not neutral affair.
