    Master Yoda riding position?

After scouring the interweb for a bit, I am unable to find actual videos or pictures that best illustrates the Master Yoda Riding Position. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Bend torso at hip joint, no waist
    Butt behind feet
Support with foot pressure from the BACK of thighs
    Back with slight arch
    Shoulders back
Elbows bent (Forearms as closely level to ground as possible)
    No weight on bars.

Thanks. Any luck with pictures though? I am confused by what it means to arch the back slightly as arching your back can be done in one of 2 ways. It seems the method you are suggesting requires a curve especially with the shoulder back which would mean weight on the lower back.

Also won't the feet get tired from applying pressure from the back?

Thanks however I was already aware of the post hence me asking if anyone had pictures or videos illustrating what they mean.

It should come naturally if you ride a Honda.
